Our name is our promise. Vuthani, from the isiZulu vutha, means to ignite. We exist to ignite the potential inside institutions: in their people, their leaders, and their ways of working.
Founded and led by our Managing Director, Vuthani is 100% black women owned and managed. We serve public sector, corporate, and development sector clients, working with boards, executives, and institutions on the questions where people and strategy meet: how to organise, how to perform, how to build capability, and increasingly, how to work alongside intelligent technology.
We are deliberately boutique. Our clients work with senior practitioners from the first conversation to the final deliverable, and our success is measured by what still works long after we have left.
